ការពង្រឹងការត្រួតពិនិត្យនិងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយូរអង្វែង ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការបំបៅកូនដោយទឹកដោះម្តាយ។ ពីឆ្នាំ២០០០ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ២០១០ ដោយមានកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការបំបៅកូនដោយទឹកដោះម្តាយ បាននាំឱ្យមានការកើនឡើងយ៉ាងខ្លាំង នូវអត្រានៃការបំបៅកូនដោយទឹកដោះម្តាយតែមួយមុខគត់ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលប្រាំមួយខែដំបូងនៃជីវិត កើនទ្បើងពី ១១% ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០០ ទៅ ៧៤% នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១០។ ទោះបីយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ អត្រានៃការបំបៅកូនដោយទឹកដោះម្តាយមានការថយចុះ ខណះការបំបៅកូនដោយដបបំបៅ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលជំនួសទឹកដោះម្តាយ មានការកើនទ្បើង។ ការបំបៅកូនដោយដបបំបៅសម្រាប់កុមារអាយុក្រោម ៦ខែ មានការកើនឡើងទ្វេដង នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ២០០០ និងឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ (អត្រាកើនទ្បើងពី ៣.៤ % ទៅ ៧.០%) ហើយក៏ មានការកើនទ្បើងទ្វេដងផងដែរពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ២០១០ (អត្រាកើនទ្បើងពី ៧% ទៅ ១៤.៣%1) ។ លទ្ធផលពីការអង្កេតប្រជាសាស្ត្រ និងសុខភាពកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ បានបង្ហាញថា ចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ២០១០ និងឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ ការបំបៅកូនដោយទឹកដោះម្តាយតែមួយមុខគត់ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលប្រាំមួយខែដំបូងនៃជីវិត បានធ្លាក់ចុះ ពី ៧៤%… View
Strengthening Monitoring and Enforcement of the Code in Cambodia
The Royal Government of Cambodia has had a longstanding commitment to supporting breastfeeding. Its efforts to promote breastfeeding led to a massive increase in breastfeeding rates from 2000-2010, with the exclusive breastfeeding rate rising from 11% in 2000 to 74% in 2010. Since then, however, progress has stalled and bottle feeding and the use of breastmilk substitutes have risen.
